Terms of Service

Welcome to TransmogHub. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the TransmogHub website and service, operated by Qreedence, based in Sweden.

By creating an account or using TransmogHub, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use TransmogHub.
  • Each person may hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to evade limits or moderation is not allowed.

2. Your account

  • You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Activity that happens under your account is your responsibility.
  • Linking a Battle.net account is optional and is not required to use the service.
  • You can delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your content from the platform as described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Your content

  • You own your content. Uploading something to TransmogHub doesn't transfer ownership to us.
  • To run the service, you grant TransmogHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content on the platform so that it can be shown to other users as intended.
  • This license ends when you delete the content (or your account), except for copies that may briefly persist in backups or caches before they cycle out.
  • You're responsible for making sure you have the right to upload what you upload.

4. Fan content and Blizzard's intellectual property

TransmogHub is fan-made content. World of Warcraft, Battle.net, and all related game assets, names, and imagery are the intellectual property of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.

TransmogHub is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment. Screenshots and metadata shared here depict Blizzard's game content, which remains Blizzard's property. Your use of game-related material should comply with Blizzard's own terms and fan content policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use TransmogHub to:

  • Post illegal content
  • Harass others or post hate speech
  • Spam
  • Infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Attempt to compromise, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its infrastructure

6. Moderation and enforcement

  • Users can report content they believe violates these Terms.
  • We may remove content at our discretion.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
  • We are not obligated to monitor all content, and we don't pre-screen everything users post.

7. Intellectual property

  • Your content is owned by you.
  • The TransmogHub brand, code, and design are owned by Qreedence.
  • World of Warcraft game content is owned by Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.

8. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on TransmogHub infringes your copyright, email dev@transmoghub.com with:

  • A description of the work you say is infringed
  • A link to the infringing content on TransmogHub
  • Your contact details
  • A statement that you believe the use is unauthorized

We'll review and act on valid complaints, which may include removing the content.

9. Third-party services

If you link your Battle.net account, your use of that integration is also subject to Blizzard's own terms and privacy policy. We're not responsible for third-party services.

10. Disclaimers and liability

  • TransmogHub is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
  • TransmogHub is a small, non-commercial project. We make no promise that the service will operate forever, remain available, or be free of interruptions or errors.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qreedence is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits or removes your mandatory rights as a consumer under Swedish and EU law. Where these Terms conflict with rights you cannot waive, those rights prevail.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll post the updated version on this page and revise the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Swedish law, and disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the law of your country of residence in the EU/EEA.

13. Miscellaneous

  • If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts stay in effect.
  • These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Qreedence regarding TransmogHub.
